STUDIO + ONLINE ORDER POLICIES
- CANCELLATION POLICY: To protect the integrity of our Healer schedules, we require 24 hours notice or a $50 cancellation will be applied. You can cancel an appointment by giving us a call or using the link in your appointment confirmation email.
- LATE POLICY: We work hard to be on time for you and we ask that you please arrive on time. This helps protect the integrity of our Healer schedules also. Any arrivals later than the 5 minute grace period are subject to being rescheduled. We’ll do our best to help you keep your appointment, but no guarantees if you’re more than five minutes late. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if we are unable to reschedule within 7 days.
- TREATMENT REFUNDS: As a general rule of thumb, we don’t refund services, but if you’re not happy with your treatment, please reach out to us at 646-558-9846 or email@example.com and we will work with you.
- PRODUCT RETURNS: We accept returns for our products within 30 days of purchase. Opened bottles of herbs, consumables, used face tools, sound therapy and gift cards are non-refundable. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.
- GIFT CARDS: Gift cards expire within 1 year of purchase. unfortunately they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
- NO CASH: To support a greener world, WTHN is a cash-free business. We accept debit, including FSA and HSA, and all major credit cards.
ONLINE ORDER POLICIES
For all online orders, please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment and 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited orders will be processed in 1 business day. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. Free shipping is available on orders of $100 USD or more.
RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
We are happy to accept returns for our online products within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include the item you wish to return, your order number, and the reason you need to send it back and we will send you a return label.
To return an order placed online:
- Pack the items you're returning.
- Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
- Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in the case of an erroneous shipment or malfunctioning product.
Opened bottles of herbs, consumables, used face tools, ear seeds and/or body cups, sound therapy and gift cards are non-refundable. Once your return is received your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.
By placing an order for a WTHN subscription, you are abiding by the following Terms and Conditions:
If you purchase a subscription at WTHN, you will receive regular shipments of those products based on a thirty (30) day schedule. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges and your subscription will continue until you cancel your subscription. You will be charged each subscription period (30 days) for the cost of the product(s), plus shipping, handling, and sales tax, if applicable. You may make changes to or cancel your subscription at any time, as set forth below. There is no additional fee associated with the subscription, and there is no minimum purchase obligation.
AUTO-RENEWAL AND RECURRING CHARGES APPLY. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that WTHN (or its third-party payment processor) may charge you an initial and recurring subscription fee, without further authorization from you, at our current subscription rate. You warrant and represent that you are the valid owner or an authorized user of the credit card or other payment card to such Third Party Payment Processor, and that all information you provide is accurate. We will notify you by email before each recurring charge.
If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating this Agreement and all our obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to change any of the fees that we charge, or to institute new or additional fees, at any time upon notice to you.
If your credit card is declined or expired at the time of the subscription order placement, your order will not be placed; you will be notified that your subscription payment has failed and you will need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your subscription order can be processed. To update your credit card information, either log into your account and click “Manage Subscriptions,” or click the link “Manage Subscriptions” found in the initial email you receive upon placing an order. You can then click “Billing information” to update your credit card information. Credit and debit card payment will be the only valid payment types accepted for a subscription order payment. Gift cards and certificates, cheques, and PayPal will not be accepted for subscription order payments. The items in a subscription are are not locked in.
CANCELLATION. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon placing your initial subscription order, you will receive an email that allows you to manage your subscription by following the “Manage Subscription” link. Following this link will allow you to cancel your subscription at any time. You can also cancel your subscription by logging into your account, clicking “Manage Subscriptions,” and choosing which item(s) you would like to cancel. If you cancel before the next recurring payment is charged, then your subscription will terminate automatically and WTHN will not charge your payment provider for any subsequent subscription period. If you cancel while an order is in process (i.e., your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), WTHN will continue to process your order; your subscription will terminate automatically after the last order is shipped. You will receive a subscription cancellation email upon cancelling subscription orders.
MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS. You can manage or make changes to your subscription(s) at any time by following the link “Manage Subscription” in the email you receive after placing your initial order (e.g. view the status of your subscription(s), add or re-activate a subscription, etc.). The link to manage your subscription will allow you to view the delivery schedule for your subscription item(s), view and edit billing and payment information, and view your purchase history. You can also manage or make changes to your subscription(s) by logging into your account and clicking “Manage Subscriptions”. Any changes you make will be reflected in your next shipment, except for changes initiated while an order is in process (i.e., your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), in which case they will be reflected after the current order has been completed.
You agree that the WTHN may terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason at any time in our sole discretion. WTHN reserves the right to update or revise these subscription terms and conditions at any time. WTHN reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
By placing a subscription order, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as WTHN’s general Terms and Conditions.
