Just home from a 6 mile walk to open this gift from my
adult children.
Very effective release, spiky is an understatement.
After a a session of resting on it for 15 minutes, I felt the muscles settle and the neck relieved muscle tension. Worthy gift, looking forward to adding into my daily wellness routine.

My PT recommended this for my CCI due to Ehlers-Danilo’s and chronic pain. I wish I had kept on this sooner; after a night of bad sleep I lie in this for 30 minutes, get up, and I feel nearly like I had a great night of rest! It’s a massive boon to my overall health and really makes a difference in my pain and overall quality of life. THANK YOU!

I wish I could review the actual mat but it’s been 2 weeks and my order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed the company a week ago and got an automated response saying I should hear back from someone within 48 hours. I’m still waiting……very disappointed in this experience
