If you’re not happy with your treatment, please reach out to us (give us a buzz at 646-588-9846 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org). As a general rule of thumb we don’t refund services, but we want you to be 100% satisfied. So let’s chat and figure out how we can help you feel your best.
ProductsBecause we want you to be happy, we offer a generous return policy.
- First 30 days: Unopened product in original packaging can be returned for full refund, exchange or store credit. Opened product can be returned for exchange or store credit.
- Between 31-60 days: Opened or unopened product can be returned for exchange or store credit.
- More than 60 days: By this point, we feel you’ve had enough time to decide if a product is for you… we don’t offer refunds or exchanges beyond 2 months.
Physical gift cards are like cash. They don’t expire, but unfortunately they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
More than 24 hours before your appointment?
No problem! You can either give us a call or cancel using the link found in your confirmation and reminder emails.
Within 24 hours of your appointment?
We get it - things come up last minute! Do your best to let us know as soon as you can (you can either give us a call or email email@example.com), and we’ll help you reschedule within the next 7 business days to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you’re unable to reschedule, please note there is a $25 penalty for cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment.
We’ve got a busy studio and we work hard to make sure our Healers are on time for you, so it’s equally important that customers arrive on time, too. We recommend coming five minutes early to get settled and enjoy a complimentary tea in our wellness lounge.
This is Manhattan and things pop up, trains are delayed, meetings run over - we get it. So we’ll do our best to help you keep your appointment, but no guarantees if you’re more than five minutes late.
Please note there's a late fee of $25 if you're unable to reschedule within 7 days and arrive too late to receive your original appointment.
Also note that if you ghost us, no-shows are charged in full.
