WTHN has transitioned our superbill process to Sheer Health: a platform that simplifies the process to deliver a faster route to reimbursements.

Follow these 3 easy steps

  • Step 1

    1) Create your Sheer Health account for free with this link, using the same email you use for your WTHN account.

  • Step 2

    2) After your account is created, download the Sheer Health app for the best experience. Available on Android and iOS. Your superbill will automatically show up in your Sheer Health account 72 hours after your WTHN session.

  • Step 3

    3) Export your superbill and submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This process is entirely free of cost! Sheer Health can submit superbills to your insurance on your behalf for a 10% of reimbursement fee or by joining the Sheer Premium Subscription for unlimited submissions.

NOTE: this process is entirely free of cost. Members with a premium subscription can select for Sheer Health to submit their superbills to insurance for them. If you need a Superbill for a date of service prior to 6/1/2025, please download the Sheer app and submit a request via the app or to help@sheerhealth.com
