Cindy’s journey with Traditional Chinese Medicine began at home, using simple remedies passed down through generations. A lifelong interest in natural healing eventually led her to acupuncture — first as a patient recovering from sports injuries, and then as a practitioner devoted to helping others feel stronger, more balanced, and less stressed.
Whether she’s supporting a runner through race prep, helping a patient regulate their cycle, or easing post-surgical swelling, Cindy believes in treating the root and nurturing the whole person.
