How does stress show up in your life—and how do you manage it?
I usually feel stress manifest in my body as chest pains and sleepless nights. I used acupuncture, breathwork, and exercise as my main forms of stress reduction.
Do you have a go-to stress ritual or routine?
Magnesium, hot yoga, long walk, and repeat!
How has acupuncture or cupping supported your stress relief?
It's been a game-changer for my nervous system regulation! I feel so much lighter and centered every time I go.
Outside of WTHN, are there apps, supplements, or rituals that help you stay calm?
Magnesium is one of my favorite supplements for stress and overall wellness. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night is crucial, especially during a stressful season. Lastly, I love the Superhuman App, a mindfulness and visualization app that helps me stay clear on my goals and intentions for the day.
