What pain points led you to WTHN? 
As a professional in the fitness industry, I am constantly on the move. Whether that be teaching HIIT classes, personal training, playing tennis or prepping for a marathon, recovery is at the base of my health plan

What was your “enough is enough” moment? 
My eureka moment was when I realized I was getting days of relief from chronic migraines. The added bonus to the physical relief is my mental clarity and "fresh" feeling when I leave an appointment and feel light and ready to take on my day.

How has acupuncture or cupping helped manage your pain over time?
The physical relief I get from acupuncture and cupping is definitely noticeable. It dulls the nagging aches and pains that come with an energetic lifestyle. Not only that, the relief I get from my seasonal allergies is enough to keep me coming back week after week! 

What other modalities (outside of WTHN) do you rely on for pain relief?
My other favorite recovery modalities are cold tubs, saunas, Theraguns and my compression boots
