Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns for our online products within 30 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with a product you've purchased, please email hi@wthn.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include the item you wish to return as well as the reason you need to send it back and we will send you a return label. To return the item follow the directions below:

1. Pack the items you're returning.
2. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
3. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.

Sound therapy and gift cards are non-refundable. Once your return is received it is typically processed within 2-3 business days.
