The health + safety of the WTHN community is our top priority. Learn more about our rigorous protocols below. We are here to help you thrive during these difficult times with individualized acupuncture + cupping treatments..

Heightened Cleaning + Sanitization Standards

At WTHN, we’ve always been committed to the highest standards for cleanliness + sanitization - but now we’re doubling down on that. In addition to our regular facilities team (which we’ll be increasing), our studio will be deep-cleaned weekly. We’ll also be vigilantly wiping down all high-touch surfaces + cleaning all restrooms hourly.

Safety + Protection

We’ll be checking the temperature of all staff + healers before each shift, following our elevated temperature protocol when needed. There are some changes for you, too. Upon arrival at the studio, we are requiring all clients to sign a health declaration stating you agree to the health + safety protocols. All WTHN staff + clients must wear masks at all times while inside the studio.

In Studio

Our team is committed to delivering an enjoyable experience while maintaining social distancing. Signage + wayfinding around the studio will make it clear + easy where you should stand. We ask that you fill out all paperwork + waivers electronically prior to your visit. Finally, we’ll be discontinuing product sampling throughout the studio until further notice.

In the Treatment Room

You may notice a few changes in your treatment room. As always, we’ll follow the most stringent safety protocols - all of our needles are single use and disposed of immediately. For the time being, we’ll be using disposable table paper on our acu tables. We also ask that you wear a mask throughout the duration of your treatment.

Here’s What We’re Asking From You

As our partner in keeping our community healthy + safe, we ask that if you’re feeling unwell or displaying any symptoms of illness to please stay home. We’ll gladly cancel your treatment at no additional cost to you. We also ask that you keep your credit card on file up to date and complete any paperwork digitally before coming to the studio.

In May the State of New York designated acupuncture as an essential health service. This is an exciting step forward recognizing the important role acupuncture plays in the mind + body health of our community. Whatever challenges you’re now facing - stress/anxiety, insomnia, WFH aches + pains - we are here to help you cope. We are proud to be helping our community heal for real at a time when it’s needed more than ever.

And if you're not able to join us back in the studio, we’re here for you either way. Check out our acupressure + herbal offerings available online. Any questions or feedback? Reach out to us at hi@wthn.com.

Let’s move forward safely + together.

Stay well,

WTHN
