FAQ

  • We recommend starting with 3-4 seeds per ear. You can always add more as you get comfortable, but a little goes a long way.

  • Wear your seeds for up to 5 days, then remove and give your ears a 1–2 day break before reapplying. Many people incorporate ear seeding into a weekly ritual for ongoing support and balance. Ear seeds are designed for daily wear, including sleeping and showering. Just avoid excessive friction (like towels or headphones) to help them stay in place.

  • Some effects like a sense of calm or shift in focus may be felt shortly after application. For others - such as hormonal balance or digestive support, benefits build gradually with consistent use over a few days.

  • Points can be combined to support multiple intentions. Start simple and adjust based on what feels best for you. Some people stick to a go-to routine, while others change points based on how they’re feeling that week.

  • No! The seeds themselves are comparatively large to the point, which allows for a margin of error when placing the seeds. In order to find the right point, it can be helpful to use the tip of your tweezers to find the slightly tender spot in the area of the point – that’s usually where you need it the most!

  • They shouldn’t be painful. Some points may feel slightly tender, especially when pressed, but overall the sensation is gentle and subtle.

  • It is not a requirement to press the seeds. They are always on and providing gentle, constant support. That said, you can gently massage each seed for a few seconds to reactivate the seed. Try taking a few deep breaths to direct the energy whenever you want an extra boost.

  • The adhesive is designed to be gentle, but if you have very sensitive skin, start with shorter wear times and monitor how your skin responds. If skin becomes irritated, remove the seeds and allow the area to rest. Make sure you’re applying to clean, dry skin and not placing seeds on irritated or broken areas.
