The mat & pillow set seemed like such a simple solution, so I was not expecting too much of a difference. It has made a huge, positive difference in my sleep and digestion. I actually look forward to preparing to go to sleep. CPAP numbers are up and I am not as fatigued. Digestion has improved also. I took it slowly and am consistent with its use. My relaxing time.

Perfect after a long day or an afternoon break! I’ve had one before from a different company and this one is really great with the extra pillow and the elastic bands that go around to hold it together in storage.

I was skeptical about purchasing this acupressure mat at first. I did some research, read reviews and decided I would try. Well it works for me! Obviously not the most comfortable to lay on at first (I am used to it now) but when I get off I feel refreshed, not as tight and achy. I use it almost daily. I am happy I bought it!

Great to add into my routine! Activates and energizes me after lying on it for 5min every morning.
