"She was very thorough! She didn't go into how often I should get it and how that would provide long term benefits. She was understanding of my current conditions and how they would help today. I liked her demeanor and how she answered some of the questions I had. She was lovely in every way! I am a puddle of relaxation. It was great. The shoulder issues I was having seemed abated. Not that I needed the answers, but she didn't specify anything I should/not do today after a session or recommendations on how often I should come. "
