Kayla Benaburger LAc
Kayla Benaburger, LAc, brings a deeply personal connection to acupuncture to her practice. After experiencing debilitating migraines from a young age, she discovered acupuncture as the treatment that finally helped when other approaches had not. That experience inspired her to pursue a Master’s in Acupuncture so she could help others experience the same sense of relief and possibility. Kayla takes a calm, grounded, and individualized approach to care, listening closely to each patient and meeting them where they are. She uses gentle needling for internal and systemic conditions, while incorporating more targeted techniques for musculoskeletal concerns, including tension, knots, spasms, and areas of chronic pain.
Kayla is passionate about helping patients feel better and leave treatment feeling supported, heard, and empowered. She especially enjoys treating insomnia, a condition she has personally experienced, and is also experienced in working with anxiety and other psycho-emotional concerns, chronic musculoskeletal pain, headaches and migraines, digestive issues, and PCOS
