Kaity Lloyd-Styles
Kaity Lloyd-Styles, MPH, LAc, is an acupuncturist and public health professional whose work is rooted in a deep understanding of the ways stress, trauma, chronic illness, and the systems around us can shape our health and sense of connection to our bodies. After more than a decade working at the intersection of chronic disease, sexual identity, and substance use, Kaity became an acupuncturist to support people more directly creating space for healing, self-care, and connection. Her approach is trauma-informed and deeply person-centered, honoring each client’s autonomy while treating the whole person rather than simply focusing on symptoms.
In her practice, Kaity works with clients experiencing psycho-emotional concerns, chronic pain, digestive issues, fertility concerns, and more, with a particular love for facial acupuncture and its ability to help people feel renewed, confident, and more connected to themselves. She believes healing is not about changing who you are, but about creating the conditions to feel more at home in your body. Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling calm, seen, and understood, with care that supports both the physical and emotional dimensions of wellbeing.
