How to find it: Located at the highest point of the trapezius muscle (you know, that point that you intuitively massage at the top of your shoulders), in the middle of the line between the bony prominence of the neck and the top of the shoulder joint.

Point 3

How to find it: Located on the outside of the lower leg, just above the ankle. To find it, place the pinkie-side edge of your hand against the high point of your external ankle (the big bone that sticks out on the outside). With your hand lying flat against your outer leg, the point is located in front of the bone at the index-finger edge of your hand.

How to find it: On the lower back, level with the top of the pelvic bone, about two finger widths away from the spine. Find a tender or stiff point, usually at the highest bulge of the muscle.

How to find it: Halfway between the knee crease and ankle, in the center of the back of the calf in the valley between the two muscles.
