The idea of this kit, as well as the other wellness ear seed kits offered by Withn, is Amazing.

In practice, however, there is room for much improvement in the design of these ear seeds!

Withn is a great company; they sent me a brand new replacement kit due to my losing over half of the ear seeds in my initial attempts to use them.

Unfortunately, the delicacy of the small beads on one entire strip (the kit comes with 2 strips) left my 2nd replacement set just as botched and disabled!

The combination of their fragility and the lack of grip on the sticky side had these teeny beads flying everywhere!

I am an artist, and also do my own French manis at home, so I am really good with my hands.

On a positive note: the 2nd enclosed strip in this kit has multiple (much larger) crystals, which stuck to the strip, and adhered to the acupressure points extremely successfully.
