Amazing for low back pain!

I always find ear seeds tricky to put on, but these are good quality (and pretty!).

The Crystal Ear Seeds were wonderful. They stuck well, lasted as claimed, held through multiple baths and I think started helping with the acupressure points. Only thing I wish was different would be to have a full crystal set instead of only half crystal and half plain.

I gifted this to my friend for the holidays and they love it. Perfect for anyone who needs support reducing stress and anxiety.
