I love using these ear seeds & the variety of styles carried

I am learning how to place them and so far I and loving how it makes me feel, less anxious and more calm.

I purchased these for my son and daughter-in-law. They are very impressed; and say they work great.

I used these for my first time using ear seeds at home and I’m pretty sure I used too many pressure points at once because my ears hurt while I had them on. I will say I only had 1 or 2 of them fall off after a day or so and it was very easy to put on. I can’t give it 4 stars or more since I don’t think my experience was the best - will try again with just 1-2 ear seeds.
