This product has changed my life. I use it after my workouts. Within 20 minutes I am so relaxed. I sometimes use it twice in one day.

I absolutely love my new acupuncture mat and ear seeds. I feel the calm when I am using both of them or separately. I know that it works because issues that would usually make me stressed I felt completely calm and in control. I am so thankful.
