Hearts of palm are a great high-fiber and high-protein substitute that are AMAZING for your digestion! 3.5 grams of fiber per cup,
hearts of palm aid in promoting a healthy microbiome in your gut.
- -Hearts of palm noodles (or any gluten free noodle of your choice!)
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp liquid aminos
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp monk fruit syrup
- 1/2 jalapeno
- 1 large garlic clove
Sauté noodles and set them aside, cook the shrimp set aside, and steam some broccoli! For the sauce throw everything in the blender or food processor and blend until blended and pour over! Top with peanuts, green onion and cucumber!
