What’s your relationship been like with sleep over the years?
We’ve definitely had an on-again, off-again thing. Some seasons I sleep like a baby, other times my brain wants to have a full-blown TED Talk at 2 a.m. Travel and stress? Yeah, they’ve definitely ghosted my bedtime routine more than once.

How do you typically feel when you wake up in the morning?
It really depends. If I follow my night routine, I’m doing amazing. If I fell asleep doom-scrolling... let’s just say, coffee is my emergency contact.

What’s your go-to wind-down ritual at night?
I’m all about dim lights, closing the laptop, and doing something offline...usually skincare or reading something chill (nothing that makes me spiral). Basically, I’m trying to romanticize rest instead of collapsing into bed.

What’s one shift in your routine that made a difference in your sleep?
Cutting caffeine earlier and breaking up with my fall-asleep-to-TV habit was a game-changer. Turns out, dozing off to a documentary isn’t the soothing vibe I once thought it was. These days, I stick to my wind-down routine, and my weekly acupuncture + cupping sessions keep my nervous system in check. 

How has acupuncture or cupping changed your sleep habits?
It’s like my body finally gets the memo that it’s time to actually rest. I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling less like a zombie.
